Teaching and guiding
Many
instructors are good at getting first time skiers going off the bunny
slopes quickly and I am no different.
My
specialty though is to get you past those crowded intermediate runs into
the great white beyond.
Whistler
Blackcomb is a decent ski area for beginner and intermediate skiers.
Where it really stands above all other ski areas in
North America
and even in
the alps are the powder filled alpine bowls, challenging steeps and
chutes, gnarly tree runs and glaciated terrain. The terrain options here
are so vast that visiting skiers without a guide often do not even know
where to begin and end up being limited to the groomed runs.
The great ski adventure
Have
you ever wondered what lies behind that rock, or what is on the other side
of that ridge? Ever wanted to follow the locals up that short hike to the
promised land?
If you want a ski adventure, I will be your
confidence-inspiring guide. I can guarantee you, we will take your skiing
to the next level and you will return home with a huge sense of
accomplishment and the memories of a ski adventure of a lifetime.
From
1500+ days of skiing and guiding here I know this mountain like my back
pocket.
You
can trust that we will ski the best parts of the mountain depending on
changing snow and weather situations.
So
whether you want work toward making your first off-piste turns or if you
are prepping for heli-skiing or if you want to check all of Whistler
Blackcombs' double blacks off your to-do-list, I am looking forward to
skiing with you!
